Our studio prioritizes sustainable clay sources and non-toxic glazes. We believe ceramics should be lived with—used daily, collected slowly, and passed down. This piece is fully food-safe and can hold hot beverages immediately after firing. The glaze is durable and will maintain its character for many years. Hand washing is ideal. If any glaze chips, the underlying clay is still food-safe. We stand behind the durability of our work.
